Anyone else experiencing issues with the EV&Services app?
It’s not the end of the world, but it is inconvenient not to be able to check and update charging from my phone.
2024 SV Plus - USA
The app hasn’t functioned properly in over a week. It opens normally, but then the “Please wait” loading message at the top spins for more than a minute. When it finally shows the “last updated:” timestamp it is exactly the same and is from of my numerous unsuccessful updates.
The battery level and charging status are both inaccurate. All other functions (unlock, horn, etc.) do not work; I can initiate them, but minutes later I will receive a notification that the request failed.
The car appears to have current software - version 0354, last checked today, May 5th.
The same thing happens on my phone and my spouse’s - both are iPhones with up-to-date iOS and apps. I tried logging in and out and deleting and reinstalling the app.
If this persists, do I try to get support for the app or go to the dealership?
