Please can someone help me with this? I have literally done everything that is available on the internet related to this error and yet nothing is working. Btw antivirus is turned off and I have probably ran this set up like 10 times by now. It always gets stuck on 0.2% at steam_api64.dll.bak. This issue didn't happen with games such as FC 26 or Pragmata, both of which are HV games. Any and all help is appreciated! Name of the game is Persona 3 Reload (HV repack). I got it from FitgirlRepacks. System specs:
GTX 1650
Amd Ryzen 5600H
8gb ram laptop
