Respondus Lockdown Browser

So I was using Respondus Lockdown Browser for an exam today and it was my first time using it. The Professor told us before that he would not be recording the exams. I have my camera covered with tape anyway because I'm scared of people hacking my computer (obviously if this exam required a webcam I would have taken the tape off). But I never had to allow the program permission to use my micriphone or camera, the system never went through a testing of my microphone or camera, and the green light next to my camera never came on. However, while I was taking the exam it said that there was something in the foreground, no notes were allowed, and this would be my one warning. I never had anything in the foreground but more importantly I never allowed any access to my camera or microphone so I am like 99% sure it may have been talking about something on the forground of the screen? But I was also in lockdown mode and never tried to swipe out or exit the program. I am very paranoid now that it the program thought I was cheating in some way and that it will tell my teacher that. Can anyone help me try to understand what the message might have meant? My best theory is that some app needed to update and it tried to pop up and the lockdown browser blocked it and sent the flag. If anyone knows this program and can help me understand that would be amazing.

Advice from anyone who has done the National Medical Education and Training Center Paramedic Program.

Hi, I have been an EMT for 2 years and I am set to start the NMETC Paramedic Program in about a week. I was wondering if anyone who has gone through this program could offer some insight into their hospital clinical experience. I know every hospital will be different but Im curious, what did you do during your clinicals? Did you only work in the ED or did you work in other departments too? How often did you work and how did you juggle it with other things in your life such as work or school? Any insight would be amazing. Additionally, even if you haven't been through this experience but could offer insight into your experiences during hospital clinicals, I would be very grateful. Thank you!
