Hello. My frontal sinuses (especially the right side) is blocked/infected(confirmed with CT scans and ENT consultations). It's getting worse and worse and the standard bottle rinsing technique doesn't seem to reach it for me.

I've seen some different techniques like some inversion technique and a dippy bird one, but I figured I should ask before I start trying random things.

What is the best way to actually manage to rinse the frontal sinuses?
