Bought this broken Sicura Submarine potentially for parts; It runs but the Crown was ripped out and damaged the case. My question is about the bezel. I can't search and find another example of this watch with a silver bezel. The bezel is stuck and if it wasn't, it would be hard to rotate as it doesn't protrude much from the case. I initially thought this was either worn or the bezel insert had been removed. Is this the case or is this a Franken Bezel? Any insights or suggestions would be appreciated.
