Netscaler nsroot Login Failure Every 15 Minutes
Hello all
I am getting a notification from Console/ADM every 15 minutes with the following:

Instance IP Address : X.X.X.X
Instance Host Name : NETSCALER
Category : netScalerLoginFailure
Severity : Major
FailureObject : nsroot
Netscaler Console IP Address : Application Delivery Management
Information : ns_client_ipaddress : 127.0.0.1, Entity : X.X.X.C:netScalerLoginFailure:nsroot, User_name : nsroot, Device_family : ns
This occurs every 15 minutes since this morning without fail. I checked NS.log but nothing jumping out. I did an nstrace and the only thing I can see sort of happening around this time is a POST request to /nssf.pl sourced from 127.0.0.1. But these requests also occur at other times so not quite a smoking gun. I have checked other logs but unable to find anything of value. Citrix support currently looking into it but I’m not hopeful.
Any ideas from anyone?
