Hi there, I tore my left ACL for the second time and also suffered from a bucket handle meniscus tear. I did surgery slightly over 6 weeks ago and was NWB for 6 weeks until yesterday. I only started walking yesterday but did not do much walking apart from going to physio.

However, at times (especially going down steps), my right knee (non injured leg) experiences sharp pain and hurts. I’m guessing it’s overcompensation, but am not too sure.

Has anyone experienced such things and does anyone have any tips? I’m really worried 🙏
