I just completed the Ice Belt area, got the Ice chip, and now have the ice weapon. From there, I went to Volt Forge back to Tower 3, and got the Viola IC Suit. All good. I went back to Flare Pool (I had already gotten the Fire chip from the crane before I started the Ice Belt area, and the lava flow blocking your further progression) but now I can't get the spinner to work because it says "Emergency Situation Detected. Viola spinner temporarily blocked. The lock will release one the emergency has been resolved." I did the spinner lock on the right and got the power up for my gun, but I have no idea how to resolve the situation so I can get back into Flare Pool?
