Looking for a new pair.
Hey guys, I’ve been using the Simgot EG280 for a while now. They’re really good for gaming and music, but the sound feels a bit too bright, clear, and neutral for my taste. The in-box USB C DAC honestly didn't felt great to be used, so I paired them with the Jcally JM7MAX, which helped with the soundstage, but I still don’t get the kind of bass I’m looking for.
The bass is fast and clean, but I don’t really feel it while listening to bass heavy songs. I’m not a basshead, and I don’t want muddy or overpowering bass either, I just want a well-balanced IEM with enough bass presence and rumble that can actually be felt when the track demands it.
I’m now looking for a new pair that feels like a solid upgrade over the EG280 something more all-rounder with good bass, good technicalities, and a fun sound without being too flat or overly bright.
My budget is around 10k. Can slightly extend to 12k if it's worth it. Any good suggestions to choose from the latest launches in India? Thanks!
