Hi all, posting here so there are a few more hopeful stories out there.

Last week, I got a second US at our fertility clinic after a spontaneous pregnancy after normal measurements the week before. This week I was only showing minimal growth and a 68-79 bpm FHR. After googling/reddit nonstop, I spent the whole week mourning and finally coming to a place of neutrality about it before our appointment this morning. Looks like baby is measuring on track for 7w5d with a 155 bpm HR.

I know not all stories will end up positively but want to make sure to put one more small glimmer out there for other people going through the same process I went through this week.
