Are burgers good for weight loss?
I'm 5,9 (175cm), 182lbs (83kg) and I've been trying to go on a calorie deficit of 1,900 - 2000 kcal.
Now when I say burgers, I don't mean McDonald's or Fiveguys or whatever, I mean homemade burgers. For breakfast I eat a single burger which consists of
1x 15% fat beef patty
1x slice of bacon
1x whole egg
A sliced onion
Some mustard and garlic mayo sauce.
I don't have the exact calculation of how calories they are but I believe it's between 600, 700 kcal.
Alongside my diet, I do try to work out also. I'm just wondering if this is fine because my only concern was mostly the bread but I'm wondering what you guys think.
