So I’ve started going to the gym 2 months ago. I think I’ve been pretty consistent so far. One thing that I can’t seem to control is protein intake. Im currently 24 year old male, 175cm, 73kg. My goal is to maintain my current weight, but put on aesthetic muscle. Im also in a position where I really can’t control what I eat within a day…

What I eat throughout the day:
Morning: 4 slices of bread with salami on top, and sometimes just jam + sometimes one boiled egg
Lunch: nothing fancy, just regular meals: small 2-3 chicken thighs with noodle, vegetable
Evening: pretty similar to morning

AI says im getting 50-70gr of protein a day => im supposed to consume 150-170gr?

Maybe I can get protein powder? Please lemme know ur suggestions…
