Just got this depressing email that I’m getting reseated to worse seats for semifinals and finals.

By their own admission they’ve know about this error since at least December and waited nearly five months to send a notification.

I was so excited for the seats I had, so to get pushed out further is frustrating. The fact that they waited so long to send notice is really upsetting. The seats may be in the same price bracket, but they’re far worse (based on my subjective taste).

Is this happening to anyone else? 😭
