Hi, I am working as a founder's office handling almost everything in the company from shooting content, planning campaigns, making alignments, taking interview to like everything! I work a lot, sometimes on Sundays too, I've got no Saturday off, and I have been working from the past 8-9 months, yet I get paid 27k only. I have asked twice for an increment yet gogt no response. I have 2 years experience in anchoring, client handling, graphics, brand manager, scouting, content organiser, social media manager, director, assistant director, event planner, client manager and even more. I think as per my speciality and experience-knowledge I should get paid atleast 60k per month. Anyone there to guide me? I am thinking of taking off from the work life like for a month or two and I am not sure if I'll get a good job or not. I'll graduate in 2 months and as a graduate I think I will be getting paid very less. I spent lakhs of rupees for my college and my salary not that worth. Should I take a pause and focus on content creation/masters or continue working??? I am under pressure I need to pay at my home too.
