I'm looking for someone to sublease my apartment in Stadium Village Flats for Summer 2026(Jun-Aug).

The rent is a 1000/ month not including some utilities, I can also cover a bit of the rent if it comes down to it.

The unit is furnished, and is a 2Bedroom 2 bath, so you would get your own room with an attached bathroom.

There's also an in-unit washer and dryer.

The apartment building itself also has a gym and a game room as well.

Its very close to campus, so it would be helpful for students taking Summer classes, and its also close to metro to get around.
