My cat had surgery on Tuesday where they cleaned and drained an abscess at the base of her tail. She was feeling extremely happy and affectionate for a couple of days after the surgery but now is feeling down again and is vocal and protective when touching the sensitive area, as if it is still hurting her. Is this common 4 days after the surgery? If you need a photo of the area please msg me.
