Sorry if this is not posted in the right place, will remove if necessary. Been running this Quincy for about 3.5yrs pretty consistently and it’s been keeping up. A week or 2 ago, the noise started to get a little louder so I changed the oil and checked everything I could outside of it to make sure nothing had come loose and could not find anything of concern. While using my blast cabinet earlier, the noise made a very sudden and erratic change to this and I’m not quite sure how to go about this. I’m assuming it’s something inside the motor but I am hesitant to pull it apart as it is currently the only air source in my shop . If anyone has some advice, I’d appreciate it!
