Hi everyone,
I have 4+ years of experience in sales (retail/inside sales) with solid exposure to targets, conversions, and customer handling. But right now, I feel stuck.
I’m also facing issues with my degree/course. I do have marksheets of all years, but no clarity on whether that’s enough for long-term growth.
From what I understand, a master’s usually requires a completed bachelor’s degree, and marksheets alone may not be enough — but I’m not fully sure.
I’m confused about:
Should I continue in sales or switch fields (marketing/operations)?
Should I pursue a new degree at this stage?
Can I still get promoted to higher roles without a proper degree?
Is there any way to do a master’s without completing a bachelor’s degree?
What I want is a stable career with good growth.
If you were in my position, what would you do?
Any advice would really help.
