Momotaro MMGJ6004 Type II Botanical-Moss Dyed
Just picked up a Momotaro MMGJ6004 Type II in the botanical moss dye and honestly… this thing is ridiculous in the best way.
Fabric feels light (\~11oz) but still structured, and the colour shifts a lot depending on lighting—way more depth than I expected from a “khaki” jacket.
The jacket colour shifts a lot with lighting, looking brighter and greener in sunlight, but deeper and more earthy/khaki indoors.
Fit-wise it’s more relaxed than a Levi’s Type III (less cropped, a bit roomier), but still very clean. Size ended up perfect out of the box.
Only thing I’m slightly unsure about is sleeve length, they feel a touch short right now. Curious if they shrink a bit after first wash or just settle with wear?
Anyone else have experience with this model or Momotaro’s botanical dyes?
