Guys I need your help with a thing.
Basically, Pakistani banks are unreliable we all agree on that, and no bank has a status page for us to review to check if a service is just down for me or for everyone.
So, I need y'all to head over to downdectector and type your bank name and request down detector to add your bank to their services link.

I moderate two subreddits r/PakistaniTech and r/developersPak, basically when a user posts and their post is withheld either by reddit filters or automoderator and instead of requesting an approval through modmail, they will attempt to resubmit the post, I had to use an app flood assistant but it didn't helped me the way I wanted it to be.
I want to issue a message to users asking for manual approval if there post lands in the mod queue for both of my subreddits. Is there any way I can setup automod rule to fix this problem.
For now, I have a rule named spam that informs users to not make 3 posts in 24 hour timeframe but it is frustrating from the users end as some people don't know the in and out of reddit.
Basically I was getting a p7a from Zubair and he had only pixels 7a with 300~500 charge cycles. Should I look somewhere else? or should I wait to buy newer stock.
I was getting one for 53k from him but due to higher cycle count I didn't wanted to go for that and i was rushing as the duties has been increased but now they have reversed the duties to the previous level. So I am very very confused on what should I do.
I need suggestion on what should I do?
get 7a with 350 cycles or wait for a better stock?
