In-game, when I adjust the FFB settings, the force feedback completely stops working. Even if I restart the game, it doesn’t fix it. When I try “Test Forces” from the driver, it also doesn’t work, and I have to unplug and replug the USB for it to work again.

Also, in-game, when exiting the pits or when the car spins, the steering wheel suddenly turns very hard to one side and gets locked there for a while. I don’t want to force it because it feels like something might get damaged. Please help me.
