
Thoughts on this Torso/Limbs split?
I feel like this split fixes one of the major drawbacks of U/L: arms often lagging behind other muscle groups. Tell me if there’s anything I should change about this

I feel like this split fixes one of the major drawbacks of U/L: arms often lagging behind other muscle groups. Tell me if there’s anything I should change about this
What are your thoughts on how I planned everything out? Assuming that I rest 3:30 minutes between each set and I spend 20 minutes in total (give or take) setting up for each exercise, how long would these sessions take me to complete? Should I drop to just 1 set for any exercises?
