I retired 28Feb26.

My disability effective date is 1March.

I've read that partial months don't count.

Does the disability being effective starting on the 1st count as a partial month?

I received a disability payment on May 1st. Presumably for April's payment. (Arrears)

I'm getting conflicting information whether March is considered backdated or skipped.

Any help appreciated.
