I'm considering an offer and will need temp housing while we search for a new home / sell our current home. I may be living in the Denver area for 1-3 months while my current home is renovated for sale, then sold. My wife will stay behind and deal with contractors while I work in Denver and scout out the area.

I'm curious about temp living arrangements - how easy is it to find a rental for me an my dog? She's a small 40 lb Shar Pei. I'm hoping it's within 45 minutes of Westminster.

Any pointers or ideas appreciated!
