Hi all looking for advice on dealing with a tour company that screwed us over.

We had tickets for 7:30 day trip to Pompeii. I received several emails indicating a 7:30 start time including one yesterday. I sent them all the screenshots as proof.

This morning they contacted the wrong number at 6:55 saying they were leaving. When I contacted the company they refused a refund because they had contacted a number they thought was mine. Even if they had contacted the correct number I paid for a tour starting at 7:30.

Not only is that misleading, they are in breach of the terms of their own listing. They offered three start times to choose from. I chose 7:30 specifically because I wanted the later start time and would have chosen one of the other companies with a later start time had it been advertised as an early start.

I am continuing to fight them but if they refuse further who do I contact. I know legal complaints would be difficult because I live abroad but I want to do everything I can to fight them on this.
