I'm a screenwriter and I grew up with a typewriter. I can't for the life of me find one in my area and online has been no help. Any recommendations? I need one!

So I've been practicing screenwriting and I want to start practicing film. I don't have a lot of scratch. Is there a video camera under 300 that would be helpful to learn?? It seems like everything I see says to use your phone which I'm not interested in as I want to learn to use an actual camera. Any other recommendations are over 500. Is there a good camera that is a couple hundred that is good for a beginner? I'm not going to be releasing what I film I just want to learn.
