▲ 3 r/Tile

I've done Schluter showers/tubs but this is my first curbless shower. I have the shower pan and walls installed and waterproofed. I'm now at the stage of building up the subfloor to match the height of the shower pan. I have a question about the intersection at the top of the pre-formed single slope pan and the main floor area. Is it best to have the top of the slope and the Ditra in the bathroom come together at the same height or should I make the top of the Ditra slightly higher to accommodate the slope of the tile in the shower? In my drawing, do you find it best to make the height of point A and Point B the same? I almost feel like point B might need to be a tiny bit higher to accomdate the rise of the shower tile. In case it makes a difference, I'm planning to use 1/8" grout lines and large format tile (24"x48") on the entire floor/shower floor so there will only be one tile on the slope and one tile on the bathroom floor at the intersection in question.

Maybe I'm over-thinking this but I don't want to have a lip/toe kicker where the shower floor meets the bathroom floor. This is one of those things I've never had to consider when installing a curb.

Thank you in advance for any assistance.
