I found this (unlabeled) at my college's horticulture department. It looks really similar to my pachanois (particularly my Juul's Giant because of the small spines). Someone on the r/Trichocereus sub thinks PC. What do you guys think?

My college was selling this (no label) in the horticulture department and it looks really similar to Pachanois I own so I think it might be one! What do you guys think?
