Starter after being refrigerated
My year old starter has been sealed in the fridge for about 3 weeks while I've been gone. I just opened it up before taking this picture and am letting come back to room temp. Are these white spots cause for concern? Just looking for a little reassurance that my starter made it through it's longest dormant session so far. Thanks in advance for any help!
