So my girlfriend is pregnant with our first child. While we're at her 12 week doctors appointment the other day we mention I'm a Vet and she says that the VA insurance could help if we got married (I'm not sure exactly how but she said it was "very good").
She then asks me if it's Tri-Care or ChampVA and I just blurt out Tri-Care because I honestly don't know and I'm sure it doesn't matter at this point.
I go on the VA website and it really doesn't say which one. It only says VA Heathcare (or something like that) but I know I entered into the healthcare system when I got out 4 years ago.
Does anyone know how this works when kids are involved and what I should do next? I'm 100% P&T if that matters.
