Hey everyone,

Im sure those of you who have went through with the RC2AC process have had to endure some length of time without initial pay when transitioning to the active component. Im about to do this process to RC2TAR and I was wondering how long waiting on the first paycheck would be? Would it be sooner because its technically still within the Reserve pool of funds or a similar wait time? How long did you wait and did you get backpayed?
