Has anyone experienced the same issue with MAYA app recently?
It has been almost a week since I last use my MAYA app. I never had any issue accessing my account before
However, when I tried to login since Sunday, it always asks me to verify my face and mandatorily has to send OTP before logging in but I am not receiving any OTPs even after hitting the RESEND button. My mobile and data signal is good and I don't have this issue with any other banking apps. I never reported nor experienced any unauthorized transactions before so I don't understand why this is happening. I even tried to clear cache from my app and restarted my android phone several times. Also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail. Also sent an email to their support team copying BSP Consumer Affairs but still no reply, since creating a ticket is impossible without logging in to the MAYA app.
I gotta pay my bills soon and most of my funds are in MAYA. Help!
