3 weeks ago, I called my uni to ask them to confirm my diploma. They called me back in an hour, telling me they uploaded my transcript and confirmed everything, but I still can’t see any update on myIntealth case. It still shows “sent for verification.” Should I call my uni back, or is this normal and it takes more than 3 weeks for ECFMG to even acknowledge that my uni sent the files?
