okay so i manage accounts for 2 small businesses and i feel like i'm constantly busy but also constantly behind and i can't figure out why
like i'll start my morning and before i know it half the day is gone and i've just been doing the same small repetitive stuff over and over. finding old posts, getting content ready, checking comments, switching between accounts. nothing hard but it just never ends
talked to a few other smms and they seem to have way more clients than me and somehow still have a life. what am i missing
is this just a beginner thing that sorts itself out or is there something you all do differently to actually stay on top of everything without it eating your whole day
asking because i'm genuinely starting to feel like i'm bad at this job and i don't think that's actually true
