how do i increase the sharpness of my wildlife shots?

those are some shots from my last wildlife shoot on Nikon Z50 II with Nikkor 180-600 lens.

I added the settings of every shot in the caption and all of them are just exported in LrC without any further editing.

Now to the question, how to I get those shots sharper?

Edit: Thank you all for your comments. Due to alot of comments regarding resolution I checked export settings again and indeed fucked it up. I added a new photo to one comment with full resolution export.

Further I still have to improve my ISO with better lightning in general and reducing shutter count, since the rule of thumb 1/focal length seems to be a bit outdated.
