SIBO, Smell
I need help?
So I've had SIBO for close to a decade now. But, I still am not getting a solution. I have people wheezing, coughing and having allegeric reactions to me. I'm trying to figure out, what's going on with my body. I know there is other people who've been in the same situation -- where the body refuses to get out to Dysbiosis and the doctors can't figure out why, so they give your everything under the sun. I deal with loose stool bowel movements that incredibly smelly, and look malabsorbed.

Elemental Diet
Rifaximin & Neomycin
LowFodMap Diet
SIBO Testing, GI-Maps,
Intermittment Fasting
Multivitamins
Enzymes
Spent Thousands of dollars on medications, tests and doctors appointments.
I'm really looking for people whose been in my shoes before; however, all advice is appreciated but will be taken with a grain of salt, due to my extensive history with this disorder.
Please don't tell it's in my head. I've been in Uber where my driver literally starts coughing a wheezing within 4-5 minutes and has to open the window. I've had to resign from jobs, as I couldn't take people talking about it and hearing the whispers: Why does he smell like that? "Everyone talks about it!"
