Does anyone here run a web agency and use cold email automation?

How have your results been so far? I’m really curious to know what kind of reply rates you all are getting, what’s working, and what isn’t. For context, I’m currently getting around a 9% positive reply rate.

Been wondering lately where most web agencies actually get clients from.

Like is it mainly paid ads, cold calling, email outreach or just word of mouth?

I’ve been messing around with email automation a lot recently but not the usual copy paste stuff. Been using a tool that analyzes websites and turns problems with design, SEO, mobile optimization etc into outreach messages automatically.

Feels way better than sending “hey i can build you a website” emails to random people lol. At least there’s an actual reason behind the message.

Been getting around a 4-9% interested reply rate depending on the month which honestly surprised me.

Curious what’s been working for you guys lately when it comes to outreach.

Hello, I’ve built an email automation tool specifically for web agencies trying to land website redesign projects. Swokei.com allows you to upload leads from Apollo or scrape leads using its built in system. Swokei analyzes each prospect’s website, finds flaws in design, search engine optimization, and mobile optimization, and generates a personalized message based on improvement opportunities.
