Seeing a lot of people get their documents regarding severance, and I'm wondering if I'm cooked.

To elaborate, I filed for unemployment on my separation date being April 28th, but I need to respond to fact finding for remuneration which has a May 11th deadline.

Tomorrow would be day 10 without the documentation I need. Is there a chance that Amazon can't get their shit together and make this whole process even more inconvenient for me?

First screenshot is the statement description of the deposit I'm referring to, second screenshot is the description I normally see from my paychecks.

Some additional context: I worked Monday-Friday normally, and got laid off due to my job being eliminated on January 28th being a Tuesday.

I also did not have much for PTO prior to being laid off- I believe it was only two hours. I thought that maybe my PTO could've been accumulating all the way through my separation date for the last three months, but I don't think the math checks out.

Not only that, but I've not received any documentation at all for my severance, and I've not signed anything.

The amount itself is much lower than what I am expecting for severance considering I had worked at Amazon for five years.

Other than that, I had filed for unemployment on April 28th. Is it safe to assume this deposit will need to be reported to DUA/unemployment?

Edit: SOLVED! Thank you everyone for the help!

I was using pkmnbinder until I realized there are no gem pack cards available to use. Does anyone have any other websites I can try? Otherwise I'm going back to good ol Paint app.
