Hi guys!

I'm applying for my study permit soon, and there's a question as follows: "Do you have a family member who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and is 18 years or older?". My sister lives in Canada on PR. However, in context of IRCC, an applicant's closest relatives, in the context of an application to IRCC. It is defined as a spouse or common-law partner, dependent children, and their dependent children.

So, should I answer no to this question?
