Guys, I'm a general category student. On Google it's showing that applying for tfws certificate will increase the cuttof for cap rounds. So is it really beneficial for me to apply for a tfws certificate? I do want to waiver the tuition fees, but the cutoff will be increased, so what should i do? Is there any option to apply cap rounds via both general category and general with tfws certificate??????. Pls help!

Some are saying they did it purposefully, so that students will give papers for reevaluation and then earn money from it (estimated amount of money that will be received by the board is 4,20,00,000)... If any seniors can reply, pls do and let us know, was your 12th result wayy too unexpected?. Cuz now everyone is curious.
