

Hot Honey Chicken Bowl - 630 cals for 59g protein
I know it doesn't look terribly appetizing but this meal goes CRAZYYYYY
-155g cooked chicken breast (I marinated mine in lemon juice and slap ya mama cajun seasoning for 24h before and then cooked it on the stovetop)
-228g roasted small potatoes (drizzled in about 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil which yes is included in the calorie count, seasoning salt, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper)
-1/2 cup high protein 0% greek yoghurt mixed w lemon juice, pepper, and souvlaki seasoning mix
-1 tbsp honey mixed with sriracha (honestly I'm not sure exactly how much I put in, do it to your preference)
- 1tbsp shredded parmigiano reggiano
Only things not included in the calorie count are the lemon juice and spices. It's creamy, tangy, sweet, and a teeny bit spicy and fills me up like crazy. In the picture it's hard to tell but it's a lot of food and this girl can eat like a linebacker okay
