Made a dashboard to fix this issue. Basically lets you see all your skills, clusters them and ranks them for overlap as well as categorizes them into topics. Surprisingly, 30% of my skills were duplicates. This helped me get a better overview of everything and thought it might help others too who have downloaded a few too many skills.
