Car Accelerates when Idle

This isn’t my car, it’s my moms. I’m 19 trying to learn more about cars, recently did some easy stuff on gfs car but my moms car is a wholeee different story. I wanna help out tho cause my stepdad doesn’t care
I know a lot of people say this car is a lemon and I see why now lmao
Okay, my moms car has a bunch of issues but this one is worrying me. When I turn her car on and it’s in idle/park her car starts to rattle/shake you can even see the hood doing some shaking as well. Then, the engine will sound like someone is stepping on the gas and the rpm will go up to 2-3 and then drop back down to 1. Is this a vaccuum leak or something else? When her car is stopped at a red light it even shuts off on her and she has to turn it back on.
Another issue her car has is something with her ABS, she took it to the dealership on a recall and they drained all her fluids and gave her new ones. The engine light and abs lights were gone for a day then came back on next day.
