Property manager not doing their job.
So I’ve mentioned and pointed out to my property manager a few months ago that my place isn’t actually sealed properly and there are gaps between brick walls and timber walls meaning I’m spending extra money on either cooling or heating my place.
Is there anything I can do about this?
