Hello!
It's not a template as such, but I was wondering if I could grab some thoughts on something I'm building...
I've long craved one app to bring all of my Notion tasks into one place and display them in a nice calm to-do app, but still not found one that works for what I'm after - so I'm having a go at making one myself instead! I would like to gauge some (constructive 🙏) feedback on whether this seems like something that other people would find helpful too please 🙂
The app is (currently) called NoToDo, and does the following:
- Logs into as many accounts/ workspaces as you want.
- Lets you select (task) databases associated with those workspaces.
- Allows you the option to display additional 'non-standard' properties.
- Brings all tasks from all selected databases into one place.
- Provides a two-way sync with the Notion databases to update properties.
- Can create new tasks
- Supports filtering by status, workspace, due date, and database.
- System/ light/ dark mode + three accent colours for a lil bit of preference.
The intention is to keep it quite simple and calm, to avoid the typical notion overwhelm, but with enough function that it's useful as a productivity tool for collating and managing tasks across various aspects of our lives 🤞
I've attached some screenshots of both the desktop and mobile interfaces for reference 🙂
I'd love to get some feedback on it, and any suggestions for things which you might find useful (or not). Ultimately knowing whether it's something you'd want to use and/ or whether it solves a problem for you would be great too! It's intended to be a wholesome app, so please keep the chat wholesome too 🙈
Thanks!
