Is the part in picture covered in carnival 2025?

I have a 2025 Kia Carnival. As shown in the attached photo, there is an opening in the underbody panel directly below the engine/transmission area. I believe this opening should have a cover plate, but the dealer says it is designed to be open.

I recently had an oil change, and the car started leaking oil the following day. That's when I noticed this area was uncovered. I feel like the tech forgot to put back this cover.

Anyone used Kasm or ReplicaCyber?

We are looking at both for secure isolated environments. I can't find honest opinions online that are not just vendor and marketing stuff.

Anyone have experience with either? Good or bad, just curious what people actually think.
