Look at the referees’ decisions: the white player lying on the ice gets 5 minutes for fighting, kicked out of the game and a 3-game suspension. The orange player who hits him gets nothing at the time since the referee had his back turned, but later receives a 2-game suspension. The other orange player gets 5 minutes for fighting plus 5 minutes for leaving the bench, and a 6-game suspension. The other white players receive no major penalties. It's U13-B
