Hi guys

I purchased a Haier AC in 2022 with a 10 year warranty. Recently my compressor went bad and I've lost the warranty card but have photos of it. Can I somehow claim warranty on it? I've tried contacting Haier but they are saying I need the physical warranty card. Is there a loophole, workaround or solution to this?
