Hello all,

Going through a likely separation and partner wants to try and buy me out. I think it is unlikely she will be able to due to her low wage but have to still do the process as she won't take my word for it.

In this case, do I just see valuations from a real estate or do I need to get a licenced Valuer?

I have inheritance in the property so I obviously want to maximise the amount I walk away with so I get re-setup myself.

I have money that could be used as a deposit already but its just not enough for my area, so I'm considering moving further away from my current location (Rockingham, Western Australia) or even rurally as I'd be maxing my lending capacity to buy even a unit around here.

Any help would be great :)
