I shared an alumni appreciation post to highlight her achievements and show that women from this university earn opportunities through merit, not just DEI assumptions. She’s worked at highly competitive companies, which already speaks to the level of effort and skill required.
It’s frustrating to see people dismiss that by reducing her success to anything other than hard work. Regardless of personal opinions about certain companies (I’m not a fan of Palantir either), getting into a firm like that—especially internationally—is extremely challenging. The point was to recognize her capability and the standard she represents, not to debate the company itself.
P.S. My English isn’t great, so I use ChatGPT to help phrase my thoughts more clearly—no need to come at me for that.
